*PLEASE NOTE: There is currently PARKING LOT CONSTRUCTION with an expected completion date of 04/24/26. There is also a 3-day OUTDOOR POOL WATERLINE REPAIR scheduled for 04/27 - 04/30/26. During the outdoor pool closure, guests are welcome to use the pool next door at Phoenix VI.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a relaxing open floor plan complete with a full kitchen. Step through the sliding glass doors onto your private balcony and enjoy an extraordinary view where you are able scan the Gulf of Mexico, the Perdido Pass and beautiful shoreline.

When entering the condo, immediately to your left is the first bedroom with two queen beds, closet space, TV and ensuite bathroom. Continue down the hall and enter the open floor plan with a full kitchen (stocked with all of your basic cooking essentials), an eating area that will seat 6, and the living room with an open view of the gulf. Just off of the living room is the second (main) bedroom with a king-size bed, closet space, TV, ensuite bathroom and direct access onto the balcony. The perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine, in pure serenity.

During your stay, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!

Conveniently located near some of the best restaurants in Orange Beach including the new CoastAL Restaurant and Beachside Bar. If you are looking to be pampered during your stay, visit Serenity at The Beach Salon & Spa in SanRoc Cay just across the road. Also, there are plenty of fun attractions nearby for the kids (and adults)! Everything fun and delicious is easily accessible from Phoenix VII 1104!

*PARKING PASSES: Two passes maximum. The parking pass fee is collected by Phoenix VII via Vacation Rental Parking Solutions ($55 ea for stays 10 days or less). You will receive an email from VRPS to purchase your parking pass(es) and register your vehicle(s).

*AGE RESTRICTION: The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.

*PETS are not allowed at any of our properties due to HOA restrictions.
