Easter getaway with my grandchildren

The place was exactly as represented! It was clean and well appointed. The beqch was spectacular and you just walk off the pool deck to get there. We used the grills on the pool deck and the pool was on point. I’d stay again!

Very beautiful room and location

It was absolutely stunning on the inside of the apartment. Only negative h to ing was there was construction going on to the entire building and that was not stated in the overview so we were a little disappointed in finding that out when we arrived instead of knowing before but the inside was as pictured and beach was beautiful.

The condo was great!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. However, I wish that I had known the pool, the hot tub and the tennis court was not available for our use. We didn’t learn this until an email was sent to us after we checked in.

This place had everything! Towels, chairs, bucket for collecting shells, beach toys, a cart to carry everything across the sand, and even an umbrella! Such a gorgeous and spacious condo too with all the kitchen amenities! Will definitely be back! Those complaining about reconstruction of the building need to remember the town was blasted with a devastating hurricane!!! Of course there’s reconstruction. But this unit was clearly and fully intact and we wouldn’t have changed a thing! Took a drive to Captiva island and saw the super blue island waters for a day. Highly recommend this place and we’ll be back for sure.

Very relaxing very nice unit. The timing for us was good but Mother Nature was upset, No Son and too much rain. We made the best of it. Sad to see all the damaged property, but it will get back to the way it use to be

My stay was incredibly frustrating. The key pickup process was a disaster; I went to the address provided, but the keys weren't there, which led to a lot of confusing and mixed communication.The apartment itself was in the middle of a construction zone, which made it impossible for my 3-year-old grandson to take a nap. Inside, the whirlpool tub had an aerator that severely limited the water flow, and the water pressure in both the bathroom sinks and the main shower was terrible. Condo was really roomy and eell supplied. A few more trash bags would have been great.

We had a good stay. Upon arrival we were caught off guard by our floor being under renovation. It was undergoing a new paint job so the floors and walls were covered with plastic and tape. We requested an early check-in which the hosts were accommodating, however the code for the door never worked and we had to reach out twice to get the correct code for the door. The original code we were given never worked and ended up using a temporary one all week. The location is excellent and within walking distance to the place with shops and restaurants.
