Within 15 minutes you will find mountain bike trails, cherry orchards, golf courses, Lake Michigan beaches and the quaint town of Elk Rapids. ORV trails are a short distance away and lead to miles of off-roading. This all-season home is perfectly situated for your day adventures to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland, Suttons Bay, Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs, or Mackinaw City.
