This property is in a central location close to boardwalk amusements (Playland), beaches, shopping on Asbury and restaurants. Downtown shopping is a steps away! Newly renovated in 2021 & updates in 2022-2023 (flooring & carpet)!! Added new deck furniture and décor in 2023-24. Great location!! Three bed, two bath condo only 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk located on a quiet street, steps away to restaurants and shops. Just park and never move your car.
Recent upgrades include: remodeled living room, updated hardwood/carpets throughout, both bathrooms remodeled/updated, new mattresses/frames in all bedrooms, new interior paint and decor throughout. Brand new smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc., wireless internet provided. Brand new ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Private driveway and garage that can accommodate two cars easily. Terraces off of the two king bedrooms. Private inside ground level shower cabana for rinsing off after the beach. Covered, child friendly gated porch with ceiling fan, patio table and chairs, as well as additional seating.

While we love animals, we do not allow pets in our home!

We are both from Pennsylvania but always ventured to the Jersey beaches growing up. Specifically OCNJ. We are active/outdoor people so we love going on walks up and down the boardwalk/beach. We enjoy hosting people so they can get the same experience.

Both my wife and I grew up spending our summers in OCNJ, and now we own a piece of it for ourselves and our families. We want to share the same experiences have, with your families. Its a beautiful, child-friendly town that meets all the needs a family wants out of an ideal vacation spot.
Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig
We love that once we park out cars we never have to move it. It has two KING size beds and a trundle bed that can sleep 3-4 kids, or 3 adults. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Just steps to popular shops/restaurants and 2-3 blocks from beach/boardwalk.
