Very quiet neighborhood, next to a running trail, with garden and other places to enjoy yourself in peace while at the same time being 23 min away from DC
Other things to note
I am a former paramedic and therefore safety of guests and premises is important for me. To ensure safety the house has the following devices:
1) CO2 detectors.
2) Smoke detectors in every room and hallway.
3) Extinguisher in the kitchen.
4) Programable code electronic entrance.
5) Camera overlooking the backyard (non-recording device).
6) Nest smoke detector in the threshold connecting the kitchen and the living room.
6) Camera in the living room pointing at the nest detector in case of emergency. This is also a non-recording device and is compliant with policies where cameras can only be situated in common areas (the living room is common and not a sleeping place as it does not have sleeping couches).
The cameras are not monitored or record. They are only used in case of fire alerts from Nest.
