Well appointed with everything you need to feel at home. A king bed and a queen bed, and 2 twin sofa sleepers. Great location for a family getaway or a couples retreat.

This new condo building has its own power plant in the event of an electric outage in the area. You will stay powered, comfortable and connected.

The space
Blue Venao Beach Resort is a private gated community of luxury villas and spacious condos. Stroll our beautiful walking paths. Chill in a hammock at the beach club and swim in the infinity pool. There is a full service restaurant and bar on site. Room service available from the restaurant.

The neighborhood is lively, but the condo building has sound insulated windows for your comfort.

Guest access
4 people can sleep comfortably. There is the possibility of adding up to 2 additional guests with our approval, for an additional cost. You will be provided wrist bands so you can move throughout the property and use all the facilities of this private resort community.

You will be provided a parking spot close to the building.

Other things to note
My property is not suitable for groups who like to party or entertain guests. The Blue Venao community has strict rules against it. I prefer my guests to be over the age of 30.
