The space
The cottage is 700 SF with an additional 300 SF screened-in porch. 2 identically sized bedrooms, both with full beds, antique dressers, nightstands, charging stations, ceiling fans and roman shades. The living room has a sofa with a queen memory foam pull-out bed.

The beautiful porch includes two ceiling fans, a dining table for 6, 50" smart TV, luxurious padded conversation set and two rocking chairs from which to enjoy your morning coffee or catch up on your reading.

Step outside to the outside deck outfitted with picnic table, patio table and Weber gas grill. It doesn't end there! Stroll down another 25' of gentle slope to the waters edge and enjoy the third deck of the cottage!

Your rental includes life jackets and use of a kayak.

Guests have access to the entire home and outside spaces.

Other things to note
Steep gravel driveway. Light vehicles and/or front wheel drive vehicles may struggle. If you have any concerns about your vehicle not making it back out of the driveway, please park on the side of the road by the mailbox.

The road leading to the cottage is a one lane gravel road. If you encounter another car along the way, you will need to pull into the shoulder to get around.
