Gemütliches Sugar Ski - 4 Badezimmer, sehr nah an Pisten, Tubing und Eislaufen!

I'm not sure where to start with this one. As stated in the post, the issues raised (broken water main in the neighborhood, plethera of personal problems, etc..) were totally and completely outside of my control. The guest was immediately issued a 100% refund, no questions asked. Myself and my staff answered every text, every call, and every request in a kind and professional manner but Renee made a point to harrass myself, my staff, and even the construction crew making repairs in the neighborhood. We have always maintained a safe and hospitable environment and we did so much to ensure their stay was as comfortable as possible given the circumstances, including making sure they had fresh water delivered to their home. Whenever we stopped by for a water delivery, we were met with condescending tones about Hurricane preparedness. These are the guests that hosts worry about the most. It's clear Renee has never stayed in a personal vacation home, and I think her review speaks for itself. To my knowledge, she's banned on VRBO and flagged in most 3rd party management software because of this trip and treatment to our community, along with everyone that stayed with her. Hosts beware. I'm truly sorry any of this happened, we did absolutely everything in our power to figure out how to make her happy, but she had decided to take out her anger and personal problems on me and my staff and our entire community instead of working with us for any reasonable solutions.
