Rental was perfect. Wildlife was so beautiful to look at and enjoy. My family and I enjoyed the stay. Host was very accommodating and easy to contact and assist with any issues that came up. Highly recommend!!!!

As advertised. Well equipped with lots of fun things for the many kids we brought. Owner/manager was very responsive. Half the neighborhood lost power mid-day and we had no lights, HVAC, kitche...). She found us a nearby property to sleep in for the night and we were able to return to our primary rental the following morning after the power company restored power. We didn't really use the development's facilities, but there were nearby places to shop and things to do.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this house again. The home was clean, spacious, and a great fit for our group. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the peaceful setting, and having everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The location was fantastic—just a short drive to the Massanutten WaterPark, and having access to the MPOA pool was a great bonus. It made it easy to keep everyone entertained throughout the week.The host was friendly, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.Overall, we had a great time and would happily stay here again. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Massanutten area.

Beautiful home! Perfect for me and my family, amazing game room! Great hot tub was just afraid of wildlife with no gate once it got dark. Wish we could have used the outdoor seating more but everything was wet from the rain. Over it was great!

Great pet-friendly place

We loved staying here, and will definitely consider it the next time we're in Massanutten with a big group. There was plenty of space for four (!!) families, and the house was conveniently located to lots of resort amenities.

Everyone iwas overwhelmed. You never had to leave the house itself because it has everything. The resort was beautiful too. Neighbors were very friendly with deer wondering through the yards most days. Very relaxing stay

The property is exactly as described. Its a beautiful home with plenty of space. We truly enjoy the home and it was close to the Massanutten waterpark and bucee's. We definitely plan to stay at this location again. Our host is a great communicator who responses to messages within minutes.

Outstanding property!

Excellent property, exceeded expectations. The house was beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we could need, had tons of activities/games, and the best deck for lounging. Location is ideal, scenic, and peaceful. Very family friendly with bunk beds as an extra benefit. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!!

Perfect house for playing & relaxing

We went with another family & loved all the activities (games, TV, hot tub, sports) to keep the kids entertained. It was also a great layout for one family to have the top floor/rooms & another family to have the main level, while still being able to send the kids to the basement to be loud & play games.

Great House and location

We loved this house, it was perfect for our family of 10. The location wonderful, lots to do in the immediate area. We loved the community pool and spent many hours there. The only improvement would be to beef up the kitchen kitchen supplies.

The house was very clean and no signs of bugs or anything. Amenities were as described but don't let the pictures fool you. Everything is starting to show wear and tear and we encountered multiple broken items and lights out. Plus there was some random Stanley water bottle sitting on the entryway table right when we came in which was not a way to start our weekend after having to wait until late afternoon to get in the house to begin with. Broken dining room chair just left in the middle of the dining room, game room stool completely ripped open and foam exposed, microwave handle ripped off and just laying on the stove top. Clean and all, but way overpriced for the condition of the property and the late check-in and early check-out times. Overall not bad, but not a good value for the rates and condition of the household items.

Great Family Fun House!

Family friendly and sparkling clean! Our family loved each having their own fun room with comfy beds and pillows. Loved the large dining table and chairs for family dinners and playing games. The basement with games was a hit! We enjoyed having the space to spend time together and also have our “own” spaces to take a break when we needed to. 5 stars!

GREAT VIBES

My family and I experienced such an amazing stay! The cleanliness was top notch. The colors keep the energy vibrant. The games kept us all entertained. Although it rained during our stay we enjoyed the outside atmosphere. The beds slept really well and the overall space of the cabin met our desires. The host was very responsive. My family and I will be booking again very soon. This cabin will actually replace another cabin we frequently booked. So glad to have found this cabin!

Birthday Getaway

We absolutely loved this house! Everything was perfect. Props to whoever did their interior design. The property owner was accommodating, helpful, and responsive. We spent two nights for my birthday and we didn’t want to leave. We went hiking on Kaylor’s Knob trail and went to the White Oak Lavender Farm & Purple Wolf Vineyard. Thank you for helping to make this a birthday to remember!

Family Getaway

Absolutely wonderful trip with family. Only a few issues with the house…air conditioning was strange. Main rooms and basement were cold, upstairs had freestanding ac units and two of the side bedrooms had no ac. The kitchen hall door had to be left open to cool down those two rooms. Owner was great with responses and helping handle the issues. It would have been nice to know ahead of the time. Overall….location, price, space to spread out was perfect.
