Unit 065 - Surf Club B5 Perfect spot for an affordable gulf access vacation with pool! Located in the East End of Dauphin Island in the gated gulf front community of Surf Club, this condo offers an open floor plan with fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, formal dining area and living room, and a large sun room area with a sleeper sofa! Master bedroom offers a king sized bed and full bath with stand shower. Second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and ensuite full bath. Enjoy all that quaint, quiet island life has to offer! East end location puts you within 1.5 mi to the Sea Lab, Estuarium, historic Civil War-era fort, ferry landing, Audubon Nature Preserve, sacred Shell Mounds, Cadillac Square, and Magnolia Park, as well as the island bike path.

Complex amenities offer an outdoor swimming pool and boardwalk to the beach.

Things to know about our Dauphin Island Rentals:
All linens are provided
Charcoal grill provided
You must be at least 25 years old to rent

Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver, optional travel insurance.

Our room was not clean the grounds and pool were filthy.We could not believe that the owners don't have to keep the property clean

Hi Mark, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit and the condition of the grounds and pool. I reviewed your stay and did not find any record of these concerns being reported while you were on property. Our units are cleaned and then inspected prior to each arrival, and I confirmed through our lock history that both steps were completed before your check-in. I do see that you stopped by the office during your stay regarding TV issues, and our team was able to assist you promptly. We would have been just as responsive in addressing any cleaning concerns had we been made aware at that time. We also have a note that you came by to discuss rebooking for next year, which we truly appreciated. After your departure, housekeeping noted extensive blood staining on the linens that required them to be discarded. Out of concern, we attempted to reach out to ensure everything was okay but did not receive a response. We are a local team and always available to assist our guests during their stay. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best experience possible.

Expectations !!

Excited for our trip to the beach. The condo was in pretty good shape considering the age. Now, everyone has their level of cleanliness. But, we ended up cleaning sand off of the granite countertops, hair in the fridge and had to sweep and mop. Folks, alot of sand!! Something told me to check the sheets, of course there was alot of hair. Nope!She would not have it. She bought cleaning supplies and cleaned/washed everything, for hrs. Now, the owners upstairs were going through withdraws or something because he paced back in forth all the time, for days. Never quietly, constantly stomping and pacing. We were still blessed to be on our getaway.
