Unsere Wohnung hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt in Dauphin Island zu genießen. Wir freuen uns auf Sie und Ihre Familie, die unsere Insel genauso lieben wie wir. Wir besitzen eine andere Einheit nebenan und sind normalerweise jedes Wochenende dort. Wenn nicht - unser Haus ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt, falls Sie irgendwelche Probleme haben.

UNSERE MIETE IST EIN SAMSTAG ZU SAMSTAG MIETE NUR WÄHREND DES SOMMERS. WIR KÖNNEN NUR 6 PERSONEN, EINSCHLIESSLICH KINDER, UNTERBRINGEN.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Töpfen, Pfannen und Utensilien.
Bettwäsche auf Betten und Handtücher - jedoch müssen Sie Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mitbringen.
Ich habe brandneue Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner. (Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie den Sand schütteln, bevor Sie ihn hineinwerfen.)

Dauphin Island hat eine Fähre, die jedeinhalb Stunden fährt. Sie können über Ft gehen. Morgan, essen Sie im Tacky Jacks zu Mittag und begeben Sie sich dann zum Tanger Outlet Mall oder zu den anderen Stränden am Gulf Shores oder am Orange Beach. Seien Sie einfach nicht zu spät für die Fähre, die zurückkommt, es ist eine lange Fahrt :(
Erwarten Sie nicht, dass Ihre Handys so gut funktionieren, wenn Sie im Dauphin Surf Club sind. Wenn du es benutzt, bevor du durch unser Tor kommst, geht es dir gut - danach wirst du Frieden und Ruhe haben. Wir haben Wi-Fi. Wenn es in der Woche zuvor einen Sturm gegeben hat, können Sie mit Problemen rechnen. Ich kann das WLAN nicht reparieren Es ist etwas, das ein Techniker reparieren muss, sobald er benachrichtigt wurde. Ich sage es Ihnen, weil sich andere Mieter bei anderen Eigentümern beschwert haben und ich Sie vorab informieren möchte.
Ihre Familie wird unsere kleine Insel lieben. Es ist sicher, es ist abgeschieden und es ist unseren Herzen sehr lieb.

Nice Condo with a great private beach

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The hosts provided all the conveniences and the location was perfect. The beach front has been extended over the past year and is gorgeous! We rented bikes and had them delivered to our doorstep, shopped at Skinners for seafood, road The Duke and walked for miles down the beach. It was a perfect week

Perfect location

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The beach is steps away, beautiful and very few people on it. We have been going to this condo group for 10 years. Always quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location close to the beach

Condo was comfy and spacious for the 6 of us. Could use a broom to sweep up the sand when we come back from the beach. We could’ve used more dishwasher tabs. We only got 3 for a 7 day stay so we washed dishes most days. Most light bulbs were burnt out and no outside lighting for grilling in the evening

Wonderful week of relaxing

We had a great week! It was nice to have space for my family to spread out in the condo and for all of us to have our own space. Some things that could use attention/upgrade: the couch and the availability of kitchen supplies. We made breakfast every morning and the sheet pans were a little rusty and dirty from being in the bottom drawer of the stove, but I realize if they haven't been used in some time that happens. It was no big deal to wash before using. Some better spatulas would help as we we made pancakes and scrambled eggs more than once. The couch has a spring sticking out and is sagging quite a bit. Overall though we were extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely visit again! The island was quiet and very family friendly. We had wonderful service at every restaurant.

Best vacation

It was so amazing. The atmosphere is incredible. It’s quiet and a perfect place to get away from busy life. The condo had everything we needed, they even provided sand toys which my kids loved to play with. The condo was clean and inviting. We will definitely be back.

Great Budget Stay

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homey this property was. There were a few things in the cleanliness department that could've been better, but over all my group had a lovely experience staying here. There was plenty of space, felt very safe, and was super close to the beach. It was also very convenient that there was an outdoor shower and pool on property. Rhonda provides beach chairs and beach toys as well which made it super nice to not have to travel with them. I will say that the AC may work a little too well and there aren't many extra blankets, but we brought our own so it wasn't really an issue. If I were to travel to Dauphin Island again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Brain break

This was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet relaxing break from very busy lives. The weather was not the best but still warm enough for daily walks on the beach and restful times of sitting in the sun and shade.

Feels Secluded

A couple of things that I didn't fully understand before arriving: 1. Condo is on 2nd Floor so must do stairs 2. It stated balcony area but doesn't have one 3. In the pic showing all the condos in a row it is the farthest back from the water on the right. 3. I think the condo use to have a balcony or outdoor patio area which you could get through via sliding doors from the front room or sliding doors from the main bedroom. When it was remodeled and enclosed the front room doors were left off and the door from the main bedroom were exchanged for folding closet doors. So, if you have 6 people staying then 2 people are going to be sleeping 6 feet from the main bedroom people with only closet sliding doors between (could be awkward for some visitors). The only downside for me was my 4-year-old granddaughter would come push the folding doors wide open while I was changing. It is an older condo but it is clean and spacious. We had a hard time trying to get the bathtub to fill up because it has a weird little rubber flap that kept leaking and although it is clean it has some bad spots in the tub and there are some loose tiles in front of the sink that the owner might not be aware of. Also there is a spring in the couch which is poking up (we put a folded washcloth on it) I forgot to let the owner know, but overall loved the comfy couch to watch movies from. Loved the beach-it is not very wide so you don't have to walk across 350 yds of sand to get to the water

Fabulous experience

I grew up coming to Dauphin Island, and was happy to bring my son and Stepdaughter for the first time. Rhonda was amazing with communication, and answered any questions we had. check-in was a breeze, the location was perfect, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, and we throughly enjoyed ourselves. 10/10 recommended, and hope to be back again soon!

Nice place in a great location

We love Dauphin island and how laid back it is. The condo is big and all you need for a beach vacation. Some things could be upgraded(master bathroom shower, main bath loose tiles, and paint). But we spent most of our time at the beach, pool, and other activities, which you can’t get much closer to! Would recommend.

Peace and quiet

Lovely and large condo. Property was clean and very neat at arrival, also much bigger than pictures can show. Pool was clean and plenty of chairs. Beach was a 3 min walk away from condo, clean and not crowded. This was the peace and quiet we needed. If you must Gulf shores is a 30min ferry ride away. There was plenty on the island to keep us busy even with rain. The Property owner was very nice and responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

Beautiful beach

Very nice condo, better than photos on VRBO. Comfortable and well furnished. Newer appliances and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Quick Trip

We rented the property while we were in town for a school training. Working with the homeowners turned out great. Very friendly and attentive. After all day training, it was nice to come back to the quiet condo and relax.

Great vacation spot with beach access!

This condo had a well equipped kitchen with a kerig pod coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, blender, etc. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Nice decor, lovely bedrooms. Beach access was great! Safe quiet area to stay. Beach was amazing!

Great space with well thought out amenities

This condo is the perfect size with plenty of space in the a great location in dauphin island! Rhonda really put a lot of thought into making sure we had all of the basics we needed for cooking, doing laundry, and bathing. There was a nice supply of beach toys in the condo as well which was awesome for the kiddos! I will caution if traveling with toddlers, there are lots of (very cute!) decoration pieces that are not super toddler friendly. Neighbors around us were all VERY friendly and the beach is so quiet and nice. We went back and forth between DI and gulf shores when planning so I think it would be helpful to point out that if you want a destination in close proximity to family friendly activities and super clear water with a beautiful beach, go to gulf shores/perdido key. If you want laid back, relaxed, peaceful vacay time on a private beach, this is for sure your spot. We went later in the season so several restaurants were closed and the activities on the island are rather sparse. If dauphin island sounds up your alley, then 10/10 recommend staying here!

We own two condos at Dauphin Surf Club. We raised our children here and still come here almost every weekend in the summer. We hope you and your family enjoys Dauphin Island as much as our family has for years.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

It is secluded, safe for children and easy for us to get to and from on a Friday afternoon. The traffic to Florida or the Alabama beaches in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores could take us 2 or more hours on a Friday or Sunday. That is more time we could spend on a beach:)
