✓You will have the freedom to use the Hammock, the Firepit, (bring the wood) see a beautiful Sunrise or Sunset next to the Lake, camping area with extra charge, bring your Kayak or we can rent our, used at your own risk.

✓🛜The wifi is weak Not a lot of Internet Service providers in the area, therefore service is limited.
✓💧Well Water, please do not drink, I leave water that you can make a coffee or Tea, but I recommend that you bring .
This is an experience in a rustic and rural environment, there is a risk of encountering native insects, wildlife, vegetation, uneven soils and terrain, weather-related events that can represent nuisances. Always be careful, supervise your children and pets, watch where you step and wear appropriate footwear, as well as use lighting at night.
•Please note that we're in Florida, so it's normal to see insects (bugs) from time to time even if Pet Control comes by. If you see any, I'll immediately fumigate and eliminate them. Seeing one will not entitle you to any type of refund
✓🐾PETS ARE WELCOME: Please, bring your pet supplies, brings additional Blankets If your pet desires to sleep on the bed or couch, use these coverings for safety of the furniture and linens, clean up after pets.
✓🚮GARBAGE: Please do not leave any garbage on patio areas, this attracts wildlife, Containers are located at the driveway. Please remove full garbage bags from the unit to avoid unpleasant visits.
✓🚬 SMOKERS adhere to accommodation areas (PATIO), please. Refrain from any forms of inhalation inside of house.
✓💃VISITOR: For security reasons, you are required to inform Us if you will have visitors during your stay.
