Always impressed

This place is a home away from home. It is so neat and tidy. The property owner kept in touch the whole time and made sure we had everything. We love coming here a couple times a year. We love it and he caught a huge bass.

Amazing experience

We came to fish at Rodman. This was a great location. Just 10 minutes to the ramp. The house was clean and comfortable.

Family trip 2024

We absolutely loved our stay!! The beds were SUPER comfortable and the house was very nice! We visit this area every year for a family trip and we will definitely be booking here again if available! The host was very easy to get ahold of and accommodating! My husband and kids loved fishing from the dock and the back yard was awesome! I have already shared with family!

Early Christmas with Family

The stay was amazing. It always feels like a home away from home. My fiancé caught and released a 8lb Bass and his son caught and released a couple of good ones too. It was so nice to hang by the fire pit and have some good conversation. Thank you for another amazing time. The Taylors.

Great place

We had a great time for our first visit to Gainesville. The neighborhood was quite and near. The view of the lake was great to look at in the mornings. Owner has done a great job at trying to accommodate everything we needed. From leaving fresh water out to all the bug zappers for outside! Would definitely come back!

Quiet and Off the Beaten Path

We needed a place to stay while purchasing our next home. Olga's place worked out great! My brother helped with the move and my nephew loved the lake! He was out on the dock every chance he got and caught bass and bream daily during his stay. I was also able to kayak several times using the kayaks furnished by the owner. Would recommend to anyone wanting to fish the area or get away from it all. Olga and Les are very responsive to any issues you might have.

Home Away From Home!

I was very impressed with the fact that this VRBO was just like being at home! From the nice quality shower and laundry products instead of the cheap brands, to the variety of seasonings instead of just salt and pepper, you really didn't need to bring much with you. The kitchen was equipped with good quality dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and even tinfoil, instead of just bare minimal. The towels and bedroom linens were nice quality instead the thin cheaper type. The outdoors were perfect and well taken care of, from the fire pit to the dock, kayaks, and pedal boat! Topping it all off was the beautiful lake view and the multitude of stars visible without the light pollution. We can not wait to come back! Thank you, Olga everything is

We found this property in July of 1997; there were many pine trees, and the lot was in much need of care. It had a very old MH and an antique Airstream, both went through a renovation, but in early 2021 a fire claimed them. We decided to start again, this time everything new.

This is a quiet community and for the most part owner occupied. Relaxing, fishing, boating and swimming are the reasons we love the area.
