All resort amenities , beach clubs and Punta Mita town are just a short ride in the golf cart provided with this rental.

All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your Airbnb reservation is confirmed.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $1,500 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)

Please note there is construction taking place in front of this property and there is the potential for noise during the day, this is reflected in the currently discounted rates.
Construction hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Weekends there is no work permitted.

During all the dates below, there is no construction work permitted without exception.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund.

We would also like to inform all guests that, effective January 6, 2026, all Beach Clubs will implement a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Policy and the below one off payment for each guest for the duration of your rental.
