It smells like sewage in the main bathroom. I suggest that cutting board , extra knives and kitchen towels should be provided. The stay was comfortable for our party, we had enough space for the whole family.

Excellent Home Base in Davao with Outstanding Caretaker

I recently stayed at a house in the Talomo District of Davao City with my family, and it was a fantastic experience. The care given by Arnil was exceptional—he was always eager to help and quick to resolve any issues that arose. The house itself was a perfect home base for our Davao City adventures. One thing to note is that the location can be a bit tricky for some drivers to find, so be prepared to explain the directions. However, once you arrive, you'll find that the house is conveniently situated for exploring the city. My family and I had a great time, and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Davao.

Quite, safe and friendly neighborhood also it’s so close to Davao international Airport, perfect place to stay for friends & families. Close to the Sm Mall, close to Samal Islands barge, ( 10 minutes).
My house has many amenities inside that you can enjoy, I has 4 parks, swimming pool, gated community with 24 hours guard on duty, if you want to have a special occasion you can rent our clubhouse for any occasions.
