Welcome to our big 5200+ sqft home in lovely Palmer Lake, where you can have fun and chill out. This huge place has lots of spots for you to enjoy, making it great for families and groups.

MAIN LEVEL
Hang out in the main living room, kitchen, dining room, or the master bedroom with its own bathroom. There's also a deck with a fire pit, seating, and BBQ Grill.

LOWER MIDDLE FLOOR
Go downstairs to the middle floor for a big game room with a deck, fire pit, and seating. There's another living room, a wet bar, laundry room, a full bathroom, and three big Queen bedrooms.

LOWEST FLOOR
In the basement, find another living room with a patio, fire pit, seating, and a hot tub. There's a work area, full bathroom, sauna, full gym, and a big Queen bedroom. There's even another Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space!

MAIN LEVEL

Guests have full access and use of the entire home. Welcome to this stunning 3-level home, where the main level offers the luxurious Master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom, conveniently located just steps away from the front door and garage area. Venture down two more levels to discover additional bedrooms, bathrooms, patios for each floor, and the Kid Zone, perfect for fun-filled family activities with arcade games, including Air Hockey, Pac Man, Pool, large Smart TV, and more! On the bottom level, you'll find a well-equipped Fitness Room, ensuring you have everything you need for a memorable and comfortable stay.
