As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire cottage, backyard and covered carport. Nothing is shared with the main house.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet neighborhood, Hidden Cottage is tucked behind the main house in the alley. Access to the parking is also in the alley, there is a covered carport.

Getting Around:
Hidden Cottage is a short 5 min drive to Main St. & downtown Fredericksburg! We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

Other Things to Note:
- This property is suitable for children/infants. Please know the cottage is not child-proofed. We don't provided a crib or pack-n-play.

- This property is NOT pet-friendly.

- Security Cameras: There is one underneath the carport, facing the alley and another one on the front door facing the alley as well.

- NO SMOKING ALLOWED

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
