Welcome to our unique three-story home in the heart of Old San Juan. With its colonial charm, industrial touches, and thoughtful design, this open-air residence offers a comfortable and memorable stay for groups and families.
The home spans 8,000 square feet, with high ceilings and living spaces arranged around a central courtyard. Common areas are open to natural light and breezes, while all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.
🛏 Sleeping Arrangements & Layout
On the second floor, you'll find:
A fully equipped industrial-style kitchen
A large living area with a comfortable sofa
Two bedrooms: one king, one queen — each with a loft area that includes a full bed and a private bathroom
A small fitness area with equipment
The third floor features the master bedroom, with beautiful exposed brick, its own living space, and soaring high ceilings that give the room an airy, grand feel. The AC in this room provides a comfortable cooling sensation, though due to the open height of the space, it may not feel as brisk as in the other bedrooms — perfect for guests who enjoy a more naturally tempered environment. From here, you’ll have access to a private rooftop terrace, a peaceful green garden with herbs and planters and offers city views, a lawn, a grill, and an outdoor fireplace — perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends.
🌞 Eco-Friendly & Solar-Powered
The home runs entirely on solar energy, including water heating. Afternoon showers benefit from the day’s sunlight, making for a refreshing experience. While this setup may differ from traditional systems, it's part of our commitment to sustainability.
📍 Perfect Location
Located in the center of Old San Juan, you're just steps from historic sites, restaurants, and local shops. Whether you're here to explore the city's culture or simply unwind, this space offers both comfort and convenience.
🔔 Things to Note
Due to the building’s historic limestone structure, Wi-Fi signals may be weaker in certain areas of the home. The open-air design allows for lovely breezes but can also bring in some outdoor dust, and you may occasionally spot tropical bugs, especially near lights at night. Street sounds are part of the charm of Old San Juan, so light sleepers might prefer to bring earplugs. Please also note that Puerto Rico can occasionally experience brief power or water outages. Lastly, there is another Airbnb unit on the first floor, so we kindly ask guests to keep voices down in the shared hallway.
We're excited to host you and help you enjoy the best of Old San Juan!
