The 1977 Overlander Airstream, named after an iconic 70’s song, “the Dream Weaver" gives a sense of adventure you get from staying in a vintage camper. You'll be dreaming you are whisked away for an unforgettable road trip. A road trip back in time to the 1970s. Glamp in comfort at your own personal campsite. Those who grew up in this unique era appreciate how it shaped our lives in many ways. Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, and other legendary bands. Bell bottom jeans and a hundred ways to say “COOL!”



We are only minutes from Eureka Springs with private access to the beautiful Kings River.



Each of our cabins are equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.

Guest Access:

The Dream Weaver sits nestled in the woods at the Gathering Place at Cliff Springs. The entire property is home to the Ozark Mountain Hideout, The Gathering Place at Cliff Springs and the homestead of the owner. There are trails all through the property you are welcome to explore. The owner welcomes you to walk through the gardens and adventure down to the Kings River. When you arrive you will be greeted by the resident goats and be taken back in time as you enter into the groovy world of the Dream Weaver.



The Neighborhood:

The property is home to Ozark Mountain Hideout, The Dream Weaver, The Gathering Place at Cliff Spring and the Owners residence.

NOTE - A significantly long staircase leads to the shore of the Kings River. The entrance to the stairway is located next to the owner’s house appropriately 50 yards from the cabin.  Also, the owner's house is located within 50 yards of the Airstream Trailer along with another nightly rental called "Ozark Mountain Hideout" The owner's house and the cabin are not obtrusive in any way, although, visible from the Airstream Trailer.



Getting Around:

This property requires mobility! There are steps to the trailer and a lengthy staircase to the river, with a shoreline.



The property is only 8 miles from Historic Eureka Springs and 5 Miles to Berryville Arkansas. There is access to the Kings River on the property. There is also a public access to the Kings River only 2 miles away.

NOTE – Price is for 2 guests. Additional Guest = $15 per night. This allows us to keep this vacation retreat affordable for smaller groups. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS = 3

Note, the gravel driveway to the cabin is not suitable for motorcycles and sports cars.



Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.



Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.





As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.



Above all, have a great stay. We love our first time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay.



Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.
