Beach & Golf House w/Private Pool + Golf Car included, by Yunque & inside Resort

Coco Paradise is 3 bedroom/2.5 baths recently renovated private beach house with a newly built modern pool, for up to 6 guests. Our house is nestled within the confines of the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Resort in Rio Grande. It offers direct access to the public beach area and Coco Beach Golf Club, home to the PGA Tour and Puerto Rico Open. The golf club boasts two world-class Tom Kite designed 18-hole championship golf courses, showcasing spectacular views of the beach and El Yunque National Rainforest. Both the beach and the golf course are conveniently located approximately 1 mile away. Additionally, a brand new 6 passenger golf cart is provided complimentary for use, providing easy transportation to the nearby beach.

Please note that access to the hotel's amenities is not included. Guests may be able to visit the hotel grounds and restaurants when consuming at the hotel.

Coco Paradise comes equipped with WiFi, kitchen essentials, basic toiletries, and air conditioning in all rooms. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, golf clubs, and a cooler for your convenience. The house has been upgraded with an emergency water tank.

Coco Paradise is only a 30-minutes drive to Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport and and 10-20 mins away from many adventure sites and restaurants. You are welcome to ask for things to do and restaurant recommendations!

By booking this space, guests (and the entire party) agree to hold harmless property owners from all damages and injuries arising from or related to guest's stay at the property.

NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE HOTEL POOL.

1) PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

2) POOL AND PATIO: Pool hours are from 9am-9pm – NO exceptions. The pool is EXCLUSIVELY for registered guests staying in Coco Paradise. Nudity is PROHIBITED: EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOTHING AT ALL TIMES. Pool lights are automatic. Pool and Jacuzzi are not heated. Please contact us to request any changes. Swim at your own risk. Please do not leave children unattended. Please do not touch the pool equipment. If you had a beach day, please use the outdoor water faucet to wash the sand off. Please do not lie down with wet clothes on the mattresses or sofas.

3) QUIET TIMES: Please be considerate when playing music. According to municipal ordinances, community quiet time begins at 10 PM until 8 AM. No loud noises or music is allowed after 8 PM. These are rules by the HOA and strictly enforced by the guards, should any of them be broken you will be asked to leave the premises with 0% refund.

4) GOLF CART: Golf cart use is complimentary when available. Please confirm prior to your stay. Use at your OWN risk. Golf Cart use is limited to ADULT Drivers ONLY. You must be at least 18 years of age to operate the golf cart. All cart operators MUST have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. You must operate this vehicle in a safe manner. No more than 6 persons can ride at a time. Golf cart is for taking it to the beach area ONLY. We do not consent to ANY other use of a golf cart. We do NOT consent to the use of the golf carts for the purpose of joyriding, sight-seeing, leaving the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve area. Golf carts are a motorized vehicle and driving or riding in these vehicles can lead to accidents, serious injury, property damage and even death. Breaking these rules may result in serious injuries at your own responsibility/risk and a fine of $500.

5) OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. We will not allow more guests than those reported in your reservation. Visits are not allowed during your stay. If more than 6 guests are present you will be asked to vacate the property without refunds.

6) LOST KEYS: Losing any keys, including the key for the golf cart, will result in a $100 fee. Losing the main gate bar will result in a $300 fee.

7) NO SMOKING: We have a STRICT NO SMOKING policy.

8) HEAVY STAINS: Please avoid leaving heavy stains on sofas, towels, and bedding sheets or additional cleaning / replacement fees may apply.

9) NO PETS: We have a strict NO PET policy.

10) PARKING: Two cars maximum can be parked in the driveway and street in front of the house. No cars can block the neighbors' driveway, garage, or sidewalk.

11) SECURITY CAMERAS: Security cameras are recording 24/7 the outdoor premises of the house at all times, including during your stay.

12) INCLEMENT WEATHER: We are not responsible for inclement weather (such as hurricanes, storms, droughts, and water and electricity outages, among others). In case of inclement weather, we may need to cancel your reservation.

13) Hotel amenities and Golf Course access are not included. While the house is located near the hotel grounds, the hotel is a private property and we do not provide access to the hotel amenities. Guests may be able to visit the hotel grounds and restaurants independently and pay for their consumption and visit.
