Charming Ghajnsielem Guest House, Steps away from Mgarr Harbor

Sunrise Lodge is located in the idyllic village of Ghajnsielem, just a 5 minute walking distance away from the village square. One can find the local social clubs, the Band club and the Football club, which both serve food and drinks, reasonably priced while enjoying great views of Ghajnsielem’s idyllic square. Just a few minutes walking distance away, there is a well-equipped local gym, a grocery shop, a local butcher as well as a hairdresser’s salon. Different bus stop routes are also close by. The Mgarr Harbor is just a 20 minutes’ walk where one can take in the beautiful sights this seaside village has to offer. There is also a bus route to Mgarr if one prefers not to walk.
Along the way to Mgarr, you can find top local bars, such as Gleneagles which has been around for a long time, offering the best drinks which you can sip on their veranda, overlooking this beautiful, unique harbor. In addition, there are amazing restaurants, such as Ferdie’s, which is family run, and caters to all, and many others, be it Chinese, Mediterranean or else popular fast- food joints. There are boat trips to Comino and around the island which one can book directly from the harbor. There are also fast ferry trips to Valletta which is a must when you are visiting Malta. Rich in history, this city has a lot to offer and should be a must to visit. Taxi services are available to sight see in Gozo. Last but not least, Ghajnsielem has a few beautiful beaches one of which is Xatt l-Ahmar. Merely thirty minutes away from our lodge, you can visit this beach and take a dip in the Mediterranean Sea. Sunrise Lodge is in a perfect location to go and easily explore the island during the day and relax in the evening.
The space
Sunrise Lodge is situated in an alley in Ghajnsielem Street. It is a 4-storey house with highly finished private rooms. Our private rooms consist of a private bathroom and a bedroom; most of the rooms have their own balcony. All rooms are equipped with card meter air conditions ,a mini fridge, an electric kettle for coffee and tea, which will be available in each room. In addition, one will have a private key, a digital lock safe, a smart TV, cable TV channels and free WIFI. Each bathroom will be equipped with hot water showers, liquid soap, shampoo. Fresh linen and towels will also be prepared for your stay.
Extra towels and linen will be available against a fee. The kitchen area is also used to serve your breakfast from 8.00am till 10.30am. In the lounge area one can share a smart TV, a cable TV with sports and a movie package while enjoying free WIFI. A beautiful pool in the terrace area will also be available to share with other guests deck chairs to enjoy the sun.

Expectations
Sunrise Lodge has been recently refurbished and transformed into the perfect accommodation. We aimed to create a place where our guests can enjoy luxury private rooms while having shared amenities such as a swimming pool and a comfortable lounge area. Our common areas will be cleaned regularly to ensure a clean and safe place for our guests. The pool will be regular maintained with regular water checks and cleaning. The use of deckchairs in pool area will be limited for 8 people; first come, first served.
