Ok house

The house is adequate for our needs but lacking glassware, mugs. Beds were comfortable but the twin bed was broken so my son had to sleep with the mattress on the floor. Could not use the washing machine. And there were ants all over the kitchen. Hopefully, the owner will stock the items that are listed. The location was good. Neighborhood was quiet. Close enough to Cleveland if wanting to go down town. About 30 minutes to the airport.

Great little house close to lake

Communication was amazing from the beginning of booking until check out. I was impressed with how clean the entire home was. There were three window A.C. Units to cool house and they did a wonderful job, very comfortable throughout home. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable & my daughters said beds in upstairs rooms were also very comfortable. The house itself isn’t to far of a drive from the lake. We enjoyed our stay & would stay again. My only and I mean only issue was there was any basic kitchen supplies ex: can opener, spatula or colander, but there is a Walmart close by so really not a big deal for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property it was a pleasure.

Not listed correctly

It literally took us 2 hours and 10 mins to find the place. It was late at night, and they were informed of that. We went up and down driveways trying to find the "bungalow", at midnight. We could have been shot doing this in another neighborhood. We went to the closest fire department and asked them for help as the property manager did not answer his 20 calls tests and email. We were so tired and discouraged at that point, we almost went to a hotel I called VRBO and they tried to help their best. They did finally get us the correct address and we did get in. It was not 15 mins trying to find the correct lockbox. Once it it was a warm cozy place. It was 85% cleanliness. The floors were dirty and there were only 2 towels and NO glasses or cups or mugs to be found. We were busy during the day and only slept there one full night as the first night it was2:15 when we finally got into the place. He has since changed/update the property with the correct address and front of the house picture, not the side of the house picture, so maybe the next guests will find it as well as the other previous ones did. We will not give this property another chance, but you may, and it may be good for you. I do have to say I do appreciate the owner updating for the next guests. God luck to the owner and his guests.
