What a pleasure

This was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood feel. Pool was clean and fun to use. House was clean and Elaine was quick to respond, answer questions and offer help. It was a true pleasure to stay here.

Parents weekend

Great place to stay we used it for parents weekend. 12 min ride to campus and restaurants so was convenient. Nice quiet neighborhood. House clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us.

Nice layout, quiet neighborhood, very clean and comfortable, beds were comfy. Having a washer and dryer is a bonus! Tastefully decorated. Good functional kitchen. Would highly recommend. Host was very responsive, everything went smoothly!

Perfect Family Place

We gathered our adult children to celebrate a UF graduation milestone. This lovely home was perfect. It’s clean, cheery, comfortable and fully stocked. A little too cool for a swim, but the pool was a pretty feature. We enjoyed making breakfast and snacks in the renovated kitchen. We were able to comfortably seat everyone to reconnect and catch up in the living room. The sofa in the den tucked off the kitchen worked great for a fourth sleeping area. Perfect place for a relaxing stay.

Wonderful, Relaxing Stay

We had a great experience staying at this house. The property managers did a wonderful job communicating with us about what to expect and all of the little details. The locations was great--very short drive to the Natural History Museum and Devil's Millhopper State Park. And the kids loved being able to play in the pool.

Great home and location

We stayed here for our daughter’s gymnastics camp at UF. Short drive to campus, shopping etc. Home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if needed!

LOVED IT!

Tammy was just as wonderful as our stay! The house is adorable and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We had a long term stay and were literally sad when we left. The house is spacious and clean, and even the weather didn't permit us use of the pool, it was so pleasent to look at from numerous views in the house. The kitchen was equipt with everything we needed and it was all clean and new. This house could easily and comfortably fit a large family with room to spare! Loved it, thank you Tammy!!

Cozy, Clean, Close to Downtown

My husband and I stayed here with friends for Fest this past weekend and the place was perfect for us! Tammy is an excellent host and quick to respond. The house is cute, clean, cozy, and close to downtown by car. So thankful for such a nice setting for memories that will last for years.

Great stay near University

We love the home with pool. Plenty of room and nicely furnished. Pool and TVs in each room a plus. Very close to University where we spent most of our time. Easy access to stores/restaurants and freeway. Owners are great to work with. Seemless booking and keyless entry makes it easy.

Football weekend

This house is beautiful! Lots of room for our group of 6 people and 2 doggies. Close enough to the stadium for an easy drive but far enough away for a nice quiet evening. Kitchen was full of pots, pans, etc. to cook and feed the whole clan. Bathrooms are very modern. We would definitely love to book this place again.
