There is also a wet bar for all your cocktail creations. You will love the short walk to and from the beach! In the evening, sit on the large deck with the family and relax to the cool ocean breezes or maybe take in a swim at the rooftop pool.

Located on 61st street, this property is the perfect location for anyone coming into town for events. It provides easy access to the inlet, convention center, Northside Park, Ocean Pines and with direct access to route 90, getting to Salisbury is a breeze. The location also provides easy access to great restaurants/bars such as Seacrets, Fagers Island, and Saltwater 75 to name a few!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 61st street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
