You will enter through your own private gate, or through the main front door. Private bathroom with access to the outdoor dining & BBQ area. Shared spaces include the Kitchen / Living room. Full access to in-home washer & dryer. Home is shared with only 1 Roomate who works part-time in LA!

Your private space will be on the lower level of the Tri-Level model home.
You will have two entrances available - private gated, and through the front door. Spacious bedroom with a brand-new Queen bed, and private bathroom. You will also have direct entry to the outdoor backyard dining space and BBQ Grill.
Upstairs will be the shared living space : Gourmet kitchen with big island and all stainless steel appliances, large living room and dining area, plus outdoor patio space.
Washer and Dryer is located on the third floor of the home, available to use at anytime.

All 3 Roots residents will have access to the Fit & Rec Center, a well equipped exercise facility offering personalized coaching, nutritional education and wellness events.
