Family friendly vacation villa close to the beach

Our family friendly condo is situated next to the pool, clubhouse and tennis courts in Fiddlers Cove Beach & Racquet Club. It is a 7 minute walk to the beach, there are biking paths and access to the complex tennis courts and amenities are free. We are close to Adventure Cove mini golf and arcade, Shelter Cove Towne Center, various grocery stores and restaurants.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove/oven, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and coffee maker. We have a washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience.

Other items included in the villa and free to use:
Beach toys, beach chairs, tennis racquets, children's toys, puzzles, and books. Beach towels are not included - please bring your own.

There is a TV in the lounge and each bedroom with Spectrum cable. In the lounge, there is a DVD player and Roku available. There is a table fan in each room, and a pedestal fan for your use if needed.

The balcony has 4 chairs and a small table for you and your family to enjoy coffee and breakfast.
