Our home, constructed almost entirely of wood, exudes a rustic appeal that immediately immerses you in a tranquil and serene ambience. With the aesthetic appeal of a traditional cabin and the comforts of a modern home, Rustic Retreat is the perfect escape for families and friends seeking a relaxing getaway.

The house is beautifully furnished and equipped with up-to-date bathrooms, adding a touch of contemporary luxury to the rustic charm. Families with kids will especially appreciate the spacious bunk room, designed for fun, camaraderie, and sweet dreams.

Step outside to our inviting firepit area, an ideal spot to relax and soak up the beautiful surroundings with your loved ones. Whether you’re toasting marshmallows under the stars or sharing stories around the fire, these moments of peace and togetherness will be the highlights of your stay.

- The property now features three air conditioners to provide optimal cooling throughout the home!

Guest Access:
Access to our home will be provided 4 hours prior to the time of your check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is situated in the Mount Pocahontas community. When staying at our property make sure to go to the community pool or use other community amenities that are offered!

Other Things to Note:
** Important House & HOA Rules**

- Quiet hours are 9:30 pm - 6 am (This is HEAVILY enforced by the HOA and will result in a fine). If a complaint is filed from the HOA/Neighbor it will result in a $500 fine.

- If there is a noise violation at our home there is a $150 fine for breaking our noise violation rules.

- There are no fireworks allowed to be set-off at our home and if there are it will result in a $600 fine and call for an immediate eviction from the property.

- No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home

- No extra guests without prior approval

- No Smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.

- Surfaces may be slippery when icy/wet. Walk, run, drive, and park at your own risk in any area on the property. Salt/Shovels are provided at the home for use throughout your stay. (Winter Season)

- Firewood is not provided year-round and will need to be purchased for your stay. Please visit the local Dollar General, Lowes, Walmart, or Tractor Supply to purchase a bundle for a cheap amount.

- Primary renter at least 21 years old.
- Pet Fee: $75/animal
- Early Check-in Fee: $20/hr up to 2 hours early only.
- Late Check-out Fee: $20/hr up to 2 hours later only.
- $35/Extra guest
- Any extra fees are non-refundable.
- If there are any issues at the home please send us a message within 2 hours of checking-in and our cleaning team will immediately come back.
- The fire pit is not usable and is in the home strictly for design.
