Excellent property! Best appointed VRBO we've ever stayed in and we've done quite a few. Stocked with everything you need. Nice quiet area of Tyler to stay in and relatively close to everything. Host responded quickly to questions.

The home is beautiful. The location was perfect for a holiday visit with family. The property manager was amazing and very helpful. I would recommend this rental. We plan on staying here again.

This house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The back yard space was inviting and we enjoyed relaxing outside in the evenings with a fire. The location was great and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again the next time we are in Tyler.

This home is absolutely beautiful! Came for a trip to the Rose Festival and this was a perfect home for a ladies weekend getaway. We especially enjoyed the evenings around the fire pit on the outdoor patio. I had a question upon check in and the host answered the phone immediately.

Lovely neighborhood

Great place to stay in Tyler!! The fire pit in the back was an extra bonus. Everything was very well stocked, pristine clean and very wonderfully comfortable beds. Win win!!!

This was the best-stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot over the years. There were little extra touches everywhere - like extra blankets and pillows, candy for the guests in each bedroom, a clothing steamer, nice bathrobes, good toiletries, and even umbrellas and raincoats in case it got rainy!They have an ice cream maker, so we took the opportunity to run to the store (1 minute from the house) and made homemade ice cream one night :) They had really nice appliances in the kitchen, if you're planning to cook, and they had everything we needed in terms of cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. They even had multiple aprons hanging in the kitchen to use (as I said - there were LOTS of extra touches like that).The beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious, and the backyard was beautifully landscaped and had a great sitting area. My only complaint is that it was HOT while we were in town, so we didn't sit outside as much as we would have otherwise.This is a great property if you're coming to Tyler, and if you're looking for a great place for dinner, try The Grove. It was excellent as well!

A perfect stay!

We were in Tyler for our daughter’s wedding. This home has it all! Quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks to a clean, well stocked grocery store, and responsive property manager and owner. Not to mention, the actual home. This home has everything you need and the decor is tasteful and beautiful. My husband & I also own short term rental properties and prefer homes over hotels. I can wholeheartedly say this is the most comfortable, well appointed property we have ever stayed in! To the owners, Thank You for sharing your wonderful home.

We had a wonderful stay for an extended weekend with friends and family. The house was in a perfect location for us and is decorated so lovely! The gazebo with firepit was a huge bonus, the main reason I booked this particular property, and where we spent most of our time. It rained a lot, but under the gazebo was perfect. The beds were comfortable and rooms very spacious. The only thing I would change about the rooms is to have TVs and some black-out shades for sleeping in (but that is a personal preference). The check-in process was super easy, but know that you cannot drive through the gate, it must remain locked. We had 4 vehicles between our 5 guests so unloading would've been easier coming in the back door and being able to all park in the drive instead of the street. But I'm sure the owners have a good reason for keeping the gate locked. It was my birthday weekend and the owners left me a thoughtful birthday card and were extremely helpful and responsive when I needed them. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. All of our guests enjoyed their stay.

Business Trip

We were there to do training. House was very clean. We had everything we needed. There was only one TV which was a surprise, but for me, frankly I appreciated the peace. It was a stressful work week and it was nice to come back to this peaceful little home, cook dinner and sadly do more work. But in such a nice environment it made it as enjoyable as it could be. The bed I slept in in the downstairs back bedroom could not have been more comfortable. I even purchased the same pillow topper for my own bed at home. :)The hosts were so flexible with our stay as our trip got very complicated and so they made a very stressful time so much less stressful. Very, very grateful for their kindness.
