House Galini is an adventurer's delight, surrounded by impressive waterfalls and hiking trails. Just 10 miles down the road are Beanstalk Ziplines and riverside Cawtaba Meadows Park with a playground, 18-hole disc golf course, and greenway for walking, running, and biking. The greenway stretches for a couple of miles from the Rocky Ford River access point, through Cawtaba Park, and onto Freedom Park, where there is a soccer complex, dog park, picnic areas, and tennis courts. The quaint downtown area of Morganton offers grocery shopping, movies, shopping, and plenty of excellent dining options. Famous Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain State Park, and Lake James are all within an hour of the cabin.

This accommodating home includes a wall of windows in the main floor living room overlooking an evergreen forest just beyond the expansive yard, where kids and dogs have plenty of room to run and play. The spacious kitchen and dining area adjoin the living room on the main level, and the main level wrap-around deck features a gas grill and outdoor dining. The lower level has a pool table, wet bar, and theater room and the outdoor flagstone patio includes a hot tub and gas fire pit with beautiful wooden Adirondack-style chairs.

The main floor master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has a king bed, TV, and deck access. Upstairs is a loft with a sitting area and two queen bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. There is a bunk nook on the lower level with a full-over-full bunk bed and a full bathroom on the lower level.

House Galini has central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, wifi, and direct TV with streaming options on the TVs throughout. Two pets are welcome with your reservation, and additional pet fees apply. The garage is not accessible to guests.

- This home is pet friendly for a max of two mature, well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25 per day, per dog plus tax. No dogs on the beds or furniture please!
- Firewood for the fire pit can be purchased at nearby grocery or convenience stores.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.

- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that this home does not provide ice or an icemaker. Thank you for your understanding!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
