After you park in the garage and unpack, you don't need to use your car again because you can walk to so many local attractions located right in River Run Village in Keystone. Year round enjoy the short walk to the gondola on the opposite side of the Village. Take in a free concert on select Fridays 4-6 pm. Come for the monthly Keystoneresort.com festivals with great entertainment and food. There are comedy shows and family friendly activities all summer long!

Nearby you can find concerts at the Dillon amphitheater, water sports on Lake Dillon and ride your bike along the path through town to so many various destinations. Keystone has an amazing golf course....so I'm told. So grab your clubs and relax in the picturesque mountain backdrop while hitting your best game.

Aspen Villas has very comfy beds and seating to unwind on after you enjoy the outdoor pool / hot tub.

Bike storage racks are inside the garage and there is even a common area storage, which require keycard access to keep your bike even more secure.

The FREE area bus stops right in front of the ice rink / mini-golf area seen from your 2nd floor patio balcony.

~ Living room has a very comfortable Italian leather sleeper sofa (with a brand new gel mattress) and 2 leather chairs to comfortably seat everyone right in front of the gas fireplace.
~ Find some games in the living room coffee table / foot rest.
~ Dine at the bar with seating for four - Plus two more at the separate bar seating.
~ Master bedroom - King size bed. TV. Side tables. Closet where a playpen, floor fan, iron & ironing board, and pool noodles are found.
~2nd bedroom - Queen size bed. TV. Side tables. Closet.
~Master bath is open into the Master bedroom has 2 sinks, tub/shower combo and separate toilet area.
~2nd bath has 1 sink /vanity, tub/shower combo and toilet area.

There are so many summer festivals right in Keystone and all around us in the nearby cities of Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne and Breckenridge. Escape the heat, and get to the mountains to cool off. Lake Dillon has many options on the water. Chill in the hot tub, then bask in the sun on the patio.
