Naples getaway

We had a lovely stay In general the condo was clean except for stained carpeting in 2 of the bedrooms , a very damaged bathroom floor in hall bath and black mold like areas on lanai floor and lower walls of lanai. Thank you please get the carpets cleaned and fix the bathroom floor especially that the rates for next year have gone up so much!!

Catherine, The small crack in the tile in the hall bath has been repaired. We would not consider this “very damaged”. As we shared with you, the dryer vent empties onto the outdoor lanai. It was not black mold you saw but instead dryer lent. Our cleaning team has wiped down the lanai walls and floor. Lastly, the carpet is not stained. It appeared that someone walked in from outdoors and left a smudge. We easily had the carpet cleaned and this was quickly removed. Overall, we find this review to be inaccurate as these are the small, regular cleaning items that are normal with a 1-month stay. Any increase in our rates are a direct result of local property taxes. Kind Regards, The RVH Team

Perfect spot for visiting Naples!

Great location for visiting Naples. Can walk to the main part of Naples which has restaurants & shops. Love the amenities of morning coffee in the lobby and services around the pool. And let’s not forget happy hour at the Claw Bar. The inside of the unit was clean but seemed older. Carpeting had spots. Has washer/dryer but small.Kitchen had minimal supplies & didn’t seem conducive to real cooking. However, it seemed worth it for the location.

Third Street South has been a hub of fashion and entertainment since the 1930s and has maintained a unique charm that you cannot find in modern shopping developments. On Saturdays they host a farmers market that is brimming with locally grown produce and flowers along side handmade soaps and other craft items.

Thursday evenings are a special treat in the Third Street South district, as the area comes alive with music and entertainment.
