The entire 2,300 Sq. Ft. home is only accessible to you and your group during your stay.

◇Neighborhood & Parking◇
This home is located in the diverse, historic Adair Park in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. (This means the homes sit on top of each other just like in any urban neighborhood and have downtown noise & normal elements that you would find in any major city.)

The driveway comfortably holds two vehicles (but the driveway itself is historic, so drive slowly when pulling in, or do like me and park on the one-way street). Max. 3 cars at any time.

Also, as we are situated near wooded areas, it is possible to encounter wildlife during your stay, including insects and small animals. We take measures to minimize their presence, but please understand that we cannot fully control nature, and we do not offer refunds in such cases.

We do not offer refunds due to unforeseen circumstances such as power outages, water shortage, flooding, severe weather conditions, construction noise, or mandatory evacuations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

◇Other things to note◇

**Must be 21 years of age or older to book. Guests without current positive reviews will be required to provide photocopies of the front of their valid driver's license. Failure to provide your valid ID through app messenger or inbox within 24hrs of your reservation will result in a non-refundable cancellation.**

**On this property, NO DISRUPTIVE gatherings or PARTIES are permitted. Unauthorized gatherings will result in an automatic cancellation without a refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.

**Must sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of making your reservation. A security deposit "hold" of $200 will be placed on the credit card used to book 2 days prior to arrival and will be released no later than 5 days after departure, pending no damages/missing items reported.

** Non-disruptive events are allowed with written permission only and an additional paid event fee.

NOTE:

There are strict quiet hours within the neighborhood from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. EST. Therefore, outdoor amenities are closed at 10:30 pm from Monday through Thursday and at 12:30 a.m. Friday through Sunday.

EARLY CHECK-INS
Guests can request early check-ins within two days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 am.

LATE CHECK-OUTS
Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late check-outs before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour after the normal 11 a.m. check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4 p.m.

**Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged a $200 fee. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives. **

** We follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with Unlock Stay properties; hence, our home security systems include entry sensors and an active, recording audio and video device at the front door. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Tampering includes but is not limited to: covering, blocking, turning, or removing. This also includes our doorbells. Any tampering with devices will result in an immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your stay. There is NO surveillance located inside the home.
