Great downtown location

Close to MLK Park, short drive to the touristy stuff, unique design. It was a good stay! We had very loud neighbors on Friday night (245 AM), thankfully our kids slept through it even though we didn’t! The garage was great to stay out of the rain and load/unload in a dry space.

We loved our stay in the container house! The location is great for walking to breakfast, coffee, breweries, Krog Market, and a few restaurants and bars. You can easily walk to the birthplace of MLK Jr. and explore a nice park and some history. The neighborhood is also very convenient for getting to downtown and the Westside Provisions area. We recommend this location and hope you enjoy your stay!

Great In Town Stay

Wonderful, unique property, with everything we could need provided - even champagne to toast the New Year and take home Christmas ornaments! Location is very convenient, especially to downtown events, but be aware, the area is still going through gentrification. We felt very safe (as former Atlantans), but just a caution for others less familiar with the area.

Location was walking distance to numerous things, including the public transit system. Rust found throughout the home. AC on middle level did not work and host not helpful in situation. Trash can not found outside to place trash in as listed in check out instructions. Shower curtains need to be hung in two of the three bathrooms, unable to stop water from going all over the floor. Upstairs bedroom needs curtains.

Unique house in a great location for exploring Sweet Auburn historic sites

The house was great for us - close to things we wanted to see like the MLK Center and Oakland Cemetery and very handy that it had a garage. In a redeveloping neighborhood that is walkable during the day but we drove or Ubered mostly at night. (We we’re new to Atlanta and didn’t realize how spread out it is!) It has beautiful light with lots of windows, great shades, and amazing views across the city from the top floor.

Great Home Base

Went to Atlanta with a couple friends for a Chicago Bears game. This place was perfect for us. Central to everything we wanted to do. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was wonderful. It's also a super unique property which added to the fun. They had a pacman arcade game on the main level which we all enjoyed. Communication was great, property owner let us check in early and even left us some extra water. Would definitely stay again if in Atlanta. Thanks for having us!

Fun clean space close to bars and restaurants

Lovely and no complaints..have everything we needed even some snacks! Very comfortable beds and very close to things to do. Also short Uber to other parts of the city. You are Close to things so expect some noise on a Saturday night but for us it was ideal to be close. Almost every other place Iv stayed I had To buy more toilet paper and paper towels and some places leave one trash bag..not here u really have everything for the stay plus extra.

My friends & I recently visited Atlanta for a football game, but the stay at this property was the highlight of the weekend. The home was clean and spacious, as well as Naila being a great host. You’re in walking distance to a lot of food & entertainment, and only a short drive or Uber to nearly every neighborhood close to downtown.

Great Location

This house is in a great location. I really like the 3 bedroom 3 bath in each room. Wish there was a half bath on the main entrance floor. The master bath shower need some type of glass door or shower curtain. The master bedroom is the only bedroom with a television. The family room need some type of privacy curtain along with front door. At night since you are close to the clubs people park in the neighborhood and can be loud. Overall this is a nice house. It was a 10 minute walk to Atlanta belt line. This is one of the main reasons I rented this house. I would consider renting this again no major complaints.

Unique and fun location

This is a great home in a fantastic part of Atlanta near lots of good stuff. The owners were communicative and helpful when needed. Easy check in. The home has lots of stairs and wouldn’t be appropriate for small kids or those with mobility issues, but we knew that and it wasn’t an issue. It helped burn off some of the calories we consumed while out being tourists! It’s a bit tough to maintain a consistent temperature on all the floors (downstairs cold/upstairs hot...likely opposite in winter) but that’s not anyone’s fault. It’s just the nature of a very tall structure. There’s enough blankets and fans to accommodate these fluctuations. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend.

My favorite places that I've been to include Costa Rica, Hawaii, and St. Lucia. There are still alot of places I want to visit including Turkey, Italy, Dubai and St. Baarths. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to planning and love doing research on places before I visit. I LOVE being an rental host and hope to have several properties in the coming years besides the one that I currently host. Atlanta has grown and changed so much over the years and this particular area of Old Fourth Ward/Inman Park and Sweet Auburn are my favorite! Close to parks, downtown, and restaurants - the area where this property is located has so much to do all around. It also holds some amazing history for Atlanta. I named the property Ironworks because of the unique structure. Looking forward to hosting your next trip to Atlanta!

The property is great for couple coming to visit Atlanta or companies that have multiple people visiting for a convention or meeting. It is unique because it has lots of open space and privacy. Each of the 3 bedrooms lock and have their own full bathroom. There is a washer dryer, full kitchen, private garage, dining and living area and 2 TVs. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the area has a 91 walk-ability score with so much to see and do all around including the Beltline, lots of amazing restaurants, markets, cafes and bars. Downtown Atlanta is just 1.5 miles away including the Georgia Aquarium, CNN center, State Farm Arena and Georgia World Congress Center.
