My Happy Place Southern Exposure Heated Saltwater Pool, Quiet NW Neighborhood!

My Happy Place is a casual and inviting retreat located in the peaceful Burnt Store area of NW Cape Coral. This private home boasts a bright and spacious interior featuring three guest rooms (King/Queen/Queen) and two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a southern-exposure lanai area with a heated salt-water pool.

My Happy Place can comfortably accommodate six adults. The layout is practical and user-friendly, with all the rooms situated on one level. All bedrooms have smart TVs, ceiling fans, dressers and closets.

The private master suite features a comfortable king-sized bed, large flat screen TV, coffered ceiling with fan, slider to the lanai and pool, private bath with private loo room, walk-in stall shower (with wand shower head) & walk-in closet.

The guest bedrooms are located off their own private hallway opposite the master suite so everyone can enjoy some privacy. Each bedroom features a comfortable Queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and ceiling fans. The guest bedrooms share a full bath that provides direct access to the pool area.

My Happy Place offers a fully stocked kitchen that includes dining and drink ware for 16, plastic ware for outside, a full set of non-stick cooking pots and pans, baking sheets, casserole dishes, cutting boards, cooking utensils and more!

Enjoy a day of sunshine in the south-facing pool or relax in the shade of our comfortable under-truss lanai. My Happy Place is geared for outdoor living with outdoor dining, a gas grill and an outdoor flat screen TV, all inside our large fully screened-in pool cage.

Our salt-water pool features a generous sun shelf with bubbler, and colorful LED lighting. Pool heat up to 86 degrees per day is included in our price. We also offer a safety gate for the pool that can be installed or removed easily as needed.

My Happy Place is a great place to relax and enjoy the Southern Florida life-style. We are situated in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood with minimal through traffic with close proximity to Matlacha, Pine Island, Punta Gorda, shops, restaurants & bars, golf courses and more! We are less than an hour's drive from Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. We are less than an hour's drive from SW Florida International Airport (RSW) to the south or Punta Gorda Airport to the north.

We’re local owners and have lived in the home ourselves, so it’s been set up with personal comfort in mind—not just for short-term rentals. We still use it for family and friends, and we hope our guests feel that it’s cozy, well cared for, and truly lived-in rather than a purely “for-rental” space.

We are happy to answer questions you may have about the area or the home. At this time we are storing our trailers in the garage, so it is not available for guests. There is ample parking in our driveway with easy access to and from the home.
