Located in the quiet and peaceful Burnt Store area of NW Cape Coral, My Happy Place boasts a bright and spacious layout, and comfortably accommodates six adults with three guest rooms (King/Queen/Queen) and two full bathrooms.

Step into the southern-exposure lanai area, where you can unwind in our heated saltwater pool or relax in the shade of the comfortable under-truss area. The outdoor space is geared for living, featuring a gas grill, an outdoor flat screen TV and plenty of seating, all within a spacious screened-in pool cage. This space will literally become your outdoor living room!

The heart of the home features fully equipped kitchen, designed for both comfort and functionality, making it perfect for relaxed meals when you feel like dining in. We provide ample tableware, plastic ware for kids or outside, heavy duty cookware, a crockpot, blender, bakeware, drip and pod coffee makers and more.

The private master suite includes a king-sized bed, large flat-screen TV, coffered ceiling, walk-in closet and its own elegant bathroom. The guest bedrooms, situated in a separate hallway, provide added privacy while sharing a full bath with easy access to the pool.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within a short drive to Matlacha, Pine Island, and Punta Gorda, with shopping, dining, and golf courses nearby. In addition, we’re just under an hour's drive to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Our home is within easy proximity to Diplomat Parkway to the North, Burnt Store Road to the West, El Dorado Boulevard to the East and Tropicana Parkway to the South. Publix at Coral Shores Shopping Center and Farmer Joe's are less than ten minutes away. Our location makes it easy to get where you need to go, while also providing a quiet area if you like to take neighborhood walks and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Having lived in this home ourselves, and now offering it as a vacation home to our own family and friends, we’ve set it up with personal comfort and care in mind.
