This home is beautiful and in the perfect location. All the shops and restaurants in downtown Waxhaw are within walking distance. The home has everything you need (and more!), is comfortable and clean! Kid friendly as well with an assortment of board games and puzzles. Our family recommends staying here!

What a great spot in Waxhaw. Super clean,comfortable and very well set up. Nothing left out. 5 minute walk to the restaurants and bars. Really a gem. One of the better spots we have stayed in the area. No doubt we will be back.....

Waxhaw Graduation and Family Reunion

This was our first visit to Waxhaw for our niece's graduation as well as a family reunion. We fell in love with this house as well as the town of Waxhaw. Everything was super clean, well furnished, and well organized. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful. It was so nice finishing our days with family and returning to the house. We will be returning next June for our other niece's graduation and would love to stay here again!

Turnkey pristine home

Visiting area for PGA golf tournament. This home was spotless, comfortable and welcoming. The location allowed us to walk to town to eat, shop and socialize. The neighbor was quiet and friendly. Furnishings were new and comfortable and designed to give everyone a place to relax. Communication and checkin and checkout was prompt and attentive. We look forward to visiting again and highly recommend this home.

Great Stay

Waxhaw Downtown Villa

Awesome house! Second time I've stayed there for winter holiday vacation. House is immaculate, like new, plenty of space, great for guests. Great location, walk to shops and dining in charming Waxhaw village. Close to South Charlotte but seems like you're in a small town in the country. Owner is very responsive and professional.

Very Cozy

We were there for my step-son’s wedding. We were on the go constantly of course. The house was so pretty and we loved how close Downtown was, it being just right there at us. I would definitely recommend it. I wish we could have stayed an extra day or so to recuperate and relax after being so busy. Thank you Chris.

As soon as you walk through the door, you feel at home! It’s clean, modern, comfortable and all the amenities you will ever need are there for you. Everything in the home is top quality and furnished beautifully. We enjoyed our stay at the downtown Villa so much, we didn’t want to leave!
