Event Hosting: For celebration events involving additional guests, there is an extra charge of $500.00.

Rules:

Welcome to The Park House! We're excited to host you, and we want to make sure your stay is smooth and enjoyable. Here are a few guidelines to ensure everything goes seamlessly:

1. **Online Check-In**: We've streamlined the check-in process through our website/app. This will require your email address and phone number. If your profile has 0 reviews, we might ask for an image of your identification document.

2. **Guests and Visitors**: Please inform us in advance if you plan to have relatives or friends over for a small reunion or dinner. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed without prior notice.

3. **No Smoking Policy**: We take pride in maintaining a clean environment. Smoking inside the property, including garage, is not allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.

4. **Cleanliness**: Dispose of garbage promptly and use the trash bins. Enjoy meals in the kitchen area, and please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Keep the sleeping areas clean by refraining from wearing shoes in the bedrooms.

5. **Security Deposit**: Based on your previous reviews, we may require an identification document along with a fully refundable $500 security deposit. This policy is consistently enforced for VRBO users who have fewer than 3 reviews or have received subpar reviews detailing problematic stays in the past.

6. **Check-Out Time**: Please check out before or at 11:00 AM to accommodate our cleaning team's schedule. Unarranged late check-outs will incur a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes past the check-out time.

7. **Simple Check-Out Tasks**: On the checkout day, just take out the trash, put used dishes in the dishwasher, and start it before leaving the property.

8. **Reporting Damages**: Report any damages or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.

Any breach of the aforementioned rules will result in a fine of $500 being levied.
