This large 5 bedroom home by Canyon lake has a guest house in the back , very large spacious outdoor patio. Sleeps up to 12 guests at a time. This home has probably one of the largest privately owned arcades near the lake all free to play in a large theater theme game room , perfect for kids. In addition this home is extremely close to Canyon Lake and only 1/2 mile to the Turkey Cove boat ramp and neighborhood pool as well as 1 mile to the lakes HOA lake access gate , and 4 miles to the Horseshoe on The Guadeloupe River one of the most popular tubing spots on the river. This home is on a 1/2 acre of land where deer can often be seen roaming and offers nearly 2000 sq ft of space with its additional guest house in the back section of the property allowing for addition guest space. This property is well suited for large groups of friends or family. Come enjoy one of the most beautiful parts of Texas. Message me for special deals and discounts. This was a great group very nice and easy to work with. They seemed to figure things out and even extended their stay. They kept the home clean and helped out with some of the towels and getting the dishes going. Overall good guests , enjoyed having them and I hope come visit again✨🕊️

Property was fun and clean. Our teenage boys LOVED the arcade part, it entertained itself. Also loved that we had access to the pool, which was right around the corner from where we stayed. We are also from east Texas, so the deer was so cool to feed and see up close!!!

We had an amazing stay at this Canyon Lake VRBO. The home was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and the host was very responsive throughout our trip. My family especially loved the games, the fun 1970s-style arcade machines, and watching the deer around the property — we highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

This was the best stay I’ve ever had at a VRBO property. The host was quick to reply and helpful. There were a bunch of little surprises like candy and cookies as well as a bottle of wine that really gave me and my guests a great welcome.

This was a great group , I almost couldn’t tell they ever stayed after they left . The home was left in very good condition , they were very clean and helped with the towels and got the dish washer going as well. This guest was a model guest and problaby the top 5 guests I’ve had . They contacted me ealry on in the stay to let me know that the toilet handle had broken . This is something very rare as usually I’m just left to find something like that out myself . They had very very good communication throughout their stay . They helped clean and do some of the laundry which was a huge help and very much appreciated. They were very clean and left the home in great condition . Overall a 10 out of 10 guest the type of guest hosts can only dream of having . I highly recommend this guest and her group and hope they will come to stay again ✨🕊️

What an amazing house and location! The host really provides everything you need to cook and stay with ease. The house is beautifully decorated and of course all the games in game room and in backyard make for a wonderful and fun experience. Lots of parking and Checkout was easy with a minimal to do list which was so nice. We will definitely try to book this property again. We had 12 in our group and we all fit comfortably. Host was amazing and very responsive. Thank you for a great weekend!!

What a great house! It is clean and thoughtfully put together. Big spacious back yard, quiet neighborhood. The arcade was a hit with both the adults and the kids. Very nostalgic for me. Really enjoyed our stay

The host was very thoughtful and gave me a thank you card and chocolates for my birthday. They have great accommodations as well.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.The home was spotless and had so many thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Each bathroom had its own hair dryer, there were mints in every bedroom, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates, and the sweetest welcome note. The refrigerator was stocked with condiments that guests were welcome to use, which was such a convenient and appreciated bonus.The arcade games were a huge hit with our family and provided so much entertainment. One of our favorite memories was feeding the neighborhood deer right from our hands! The neighborhood clubhouse pool was also fantastic and was the perfect way to cool off after spending time outside in the 104-degree Texas heat.Steve was an exceptional host. His communication was outstanding from the very beginning. He reached out well before our stay with helpful recommendations and was always quick to answer any questions we had. After we checked out, my son accidentally left his wallet behind, and Steve immediately contacted us so we could come back and retrieve it. His honesty and kindness meant so much to our family.If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, fun, and welcoming place to stay. Thank you, Steve!

Exceptional guests and group all around . Extremely good communication from the time leading up till the end . They left the home in perfect condition but also helped with all the towels , the dishwasher in getting it going and keeping the home in very good shape. No issues of any kind and a pleasure to work with. This was a model group that I highly recommend and hope they will come to stay agajn ✨🕊️

Dusty and their group were model guests . I almost couldn’t tell anyone even stayed . Very quiet , easy to communicate with , left the house in great shapes and even helped out with the dish washer and some laundry . I highly recommend Dusty and their group and hope they come to stay again in the future
