The condo was very clean and nice, The complex was nice, a little older than I thought but nice. The beach was great; the beach chair staff were not the friendliest but no real issue. The location was great for us. I would recommend the place to my friends, if they are looking for a place right on the beach and in the great location. Also the balcony was very large, great view.

Good value and exceptional ocean views from the room and balcony. Building itself could use some repairs and cosmetic improvements but nothing to do with the home itself. Would use again. Thx

The room and the view are absolutely amazing! Very clean and the sleeper sofa was do comfortable for the kids we are looking at getting one! One suggestion would be to put a lock on the door in addition to the pin pad. Someone tried to open our door at 5am and when we asked at the office about it they said there are no cameras in the hallway.

We were very pleased with the condo. It was close to the beach and close to other activities. The unit itself was updated and supplied with basic necessities. There was not excessive noise late at night. The only thing I would recommend to the host is to replace the toaster. You had to hold the lever down manually and it would only brown one side of the bread. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

Condo was just like the pictures. Very clean, plenty of towels. Lovely balcony. Enjoyed eating at the table looking at the waves. Beautiful sunsets. Great pool and hot tub. Very clean. We loved it there.

Very clean. Easy parking. Beautiful beach. Great beach service. April wasn’t too busy, so that was great. Our code didn’t work for the door so they had to send a new one. That was a minor inconvenience, but very frustrating to arrive and not have access. Overall wonderful stay.

My son and I, and my friend and her daughter had the best time! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything seemed well kept and newer. We had the best view! I would definitely stay here again!!

Family Spring Break Trip

Our family of three stayed here for a spring break trip. Everything about this vacation was perfect and we will definitely come back. Our unit was great and as described. Communication with owners was quick & helpful when we needed help accessing our unit during check-in. Access to the beach & pool were great! We picked this location to be not in the middle of the main strip but still close enough to get to easily - it was perfect.

Good stay.

Clean condo. Beautiful view. The bonfire was our favorite activity. Pool was a bit crowded in the mornings so we went in late afternoon. Nap time for kids probably. We would like to return. The staff at Beach Girls were all very nice.

The host was AMAZING!✨ I cannot quit raving about this place! Phenomenal views! Great location! Nice restaurant across the street within a short walking distance! The space looks JUST like the photos! Spacious, clean, updated with a modern flare! The kitchen was equipped with all the appliances and cooking supplies we needed! Easy walk to the beach! Any question I asked was answered right away! The patio/balcony space outside was HUGE! 😍 My family continued to rave about our stay the entire trip! We valued the location. We were in great proximity to everything around! Staff were very friendly! No issues, whatsoever! If you're considering booking… JUST DO IT! 🌟

Emerald Isle

Great place to stay! One of the best so far in Panama City Beach. Extremely clean! Even the elevators were cleaned daily which I thought was great. Only issue was with the beach chairs, chairs were not available for 3 days of our stay on our 2nd week. The 1st gentleman that was there was great. For week 2 I could see the laziness in the 2nd guy. He even kicked people put of their chairs on one day at about 12pm and it qasnt raining or cloudy. He also had several umbrellas fly and hit bystanders on the beach. He was completely in his own zone and appeared miserable 99% of the time. This is not the owners fault but I do believe it's a safety issue when u have someone like this working the stand. Other than that we will be back, 30A beach girls do a great job!

Nice Vacation

This property was nicely furnished and has been updated. The building is our favorite and we stay at Emerald Isle every year. The beach and pools are beautiful. This was our first stay with 30A Beach Girls and things did not go as smoothly as others. Upon arrival the door code to enter the unit provided by 30A Beach Girls did not work. We contacted the provided phone number and were prompted to text the number. No timely response to our text messages left us standing in front of the unit with a cart filled with luggage sweating our butts off. They eventually called us back and told us to wait while they figured things out. Finally a new code was provided and we got inside. The next morning after trip to grocery store we were locked out of the unit a second time. 40 plus minutes of texting finally got us inside and a locksmith came to fix the door. The remainder of our vacation was great and would recommend renting this unit as long as you understand the customer service if needed is extremely poor.
