The Nature House is a newly renovated 3 BHK independent villa. Bang on the Amritsar – Tarn Taran Road and just 4.4 Kms from the Golden Temple, Amritsar. House consists of 3 AC Rooms ( Size 9'*11' , 9'*10' , 14'*12') , 3 Bathrooms (2 attached & one small common washroom ) , Large Hall (Air cooled), Fully Equipped Kitchen, Kids Plays area, Lush green Garden with swings , 100+ Trees & plants, All walls are covered with Creeper plants, Power Backup (one AC will run-on power Backup on power cut).
The space
The Nature House is : -

1. Bang on the National Highway from Amritsar – Tarn-Taran.
2. For Nature Lovers this is a unique place.
3. Veg Food is available at nominal rates. Cook can be provided at nominal rates. Information to be given in advance for cook/food. Cook can only stay till 8 PM.
4. Self-Cooking can be done, in that case utensils need to be cleaned by guests (for self cooking material to be brought by guests or caretaker can bring from the market). Swiggy/Zomato also deliver at our place.
5. Pet Friendly – We welcome pets and charge only for allowing Pets. ( cleaning and care to be done by Guests only, no separate enclosure for pets)
6. All Rooms (Size 9'*11' , 9'*10' , 14'*12') have a Garden view, with 2 rooms having an independent Balcony.
7. No room is interconnected- Enjoy Privacy.
8. Seasonal delicacies- Pluck & Eat – Lemon, Guava, Orange, Papaya, Mango, etc
9. More than 15 Colours of roses.
10. Parking for Multiple Vehicles in the complex for Smaller cars (Alta, Wagon R, etc. and adjoining factory complex for bigger cars (Innova, Ertiga, Creta, etc.). The entry gate of the House is 6.5 Feet so advised to keep smaller vehicles inside and bigger in the adjoining property.
11. Driver / Help can be accommodated in the common area. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
12. Amenities - Wi-Fi, 43” TV in Central Hall, Microwave, Barbeque Grill with Coal, Bonfire, Fridge, Gas Stove, Geysers, RO Water, Hair Dryer, Toiletries, Iron, Torch, Hangers, Fresh Towels & beddings, mosquito repellent, Washing Machine, Sewing Machine, Invertor Backup, Generator set, Fire extinguisher, First Aid Kit, Cooking Utensils& Dishes, laptop friendly.
13. Central Hall can accommodate 20+ persons.
14. Invertor backup for fans and lights.
15. Generator backup is available, but only one AC works on the Generator. It can run upto 5 Hrs in a stretch, after that halt of 1 hour is required. Normally power cuts are on Monday but this is something which is not in our control.

Facility to Visit Punjabi Dairy farm / Agricultural Lands (Chargeable by facility provider - INR 200 per person + Transportation on actuals) – 3.5 Kms from The Nature House. (This adventure is available in the morning & evening only)

• Bath a Cow / Buffalo&feed Animals
• Spend up to 2 Hours in a Farmhouse.
• Complementary Cart Ride/Tractor Ride/ Bull Ride
• Roam freely in Agricultural lands and enjoy Greenery.
Other things to note
HOME TRUTHS

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

• Care taker stays with family of 4 members on the site, in separate room and use separate washroom. But use same kitchen for cooking.
• In case of self cooking by guests, utensils also need to be cleaned by guests only. Alternatively they can pay nominal charge of Rs 200/- per day to caretaker for utensils cleaning.
• Parking for Multiple Vehicles in the complex for Smaller cars (Alta, Wagon R, etc.) and adjoining factory complex for bigger cars (Innova, Ertiga, Creta, etc.)
• The entry gate of the House is 6.5 Feet so advised to keep smaller vehicles inside and bigger in the adjoining property.
• The Nature House is guarded with CCTV cameras and a caretaker is available around the clock.
• Early check-in and Late Checkout will be subject to availability and will be chargeable at INR 500/- Per Hour.
. Basic confectionery items are available on nominal price.
• The Flowers in the Garden are seasonal and may run out at certain times of the year.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Mobile networks are well here.
• Loud music is to be avoided in open areas as many birds and butterflies have habitats in the lawn area.
• We have a private bore well, so water supply is not an issue.
• We also have in-house Gaming facilities like Doubles open Badminton court, Carom Board, Board games, cards, climber, etc.
. Only one AC will run in case of a Power cut. Normally power cut is on Mondays, but it’s beyond our control. The generator can run for 5 hours and after that break of one hour is required.
. We have an inverter power backup and fans and lights can work continuously.
