Welcome to “La Mer” a place of relaxation and peace to enjoy with your friends or family. Villa Capriani is full of resort style amenities including 3 pools, 2 hot tubs and direct beach access for guests only. Spend a few hours in the sand and retreat into the pool overlooking the Atlantic. Order lunch or dinner at the on site restaurant “Splash by the Sea” and enjoy on their outdoor patio or opt for take out by the pool. Complete with live music on the weekends for a full resort experience!

The space
La Mer is a top level, two story duplex. Complete with ocean and pool views from the balcony. Enjoy our newly updated boho beach decor enhancing all the calming energy! Downstairs you will find a half bathroom, kitchen- fully equipped with all of your cooking needs and washer and dryer, open dining and living space overlooking the balcony. Upstairs you have a private retreat in the primary bedroom complete with a private bathroom and a second bedroom with its own bathroom access. The Primary bedroom boasts a King bed while the guest room has a queen bed and bunk beds for kids or extended family and friends.

Also equipped with keyless entry, so no contact needed.

Beach Gear:
We have a few beach chairs, beach toys, a boogie board, umbrella and soft cooler with ice packs available for you to use.

Please be sure to pack and bring your own beach towels along with you for your stay!

A few other details to note:
* The cleaning fee includes the cost for linens
* Your stay will also include a starter set which includes a bar of soap per bathing area, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, roll of paper towels, ziplock storage bags, sponge, dish rag and towel, 5 garbage bags, 5 dishwashing tabs, dish soap, starter coffee, creamer and sugar.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo, the pools, on site restaurant, tennis courts and private beach access during their stay at Villa Capriani.
