Guests have entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces.
Other things to note
Pool heating... Pool heating is available as an option to your booking and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance to allow time for heating at arrival. Pool heating charge is $75 per day or $400 per week. Please request pool heating at the time of your booking so we can insure it is ready on your arrival.

This is not a party house and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner. Any loud parties or disruptive behavior will result in a termination of your reservation.

Must be 25 years of age to rent home.

Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. $200 pet fee applies and will be requested upon approval through airbnb system.

No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews. Must get approval from manager prior to booking.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.

Only registered guests are allowed at the house. The amount of people that you book the home for is the max allowed there without prior consent of host.

Maximum of 8 adult guests allowed on reservation.

Absolutely no smoking in home. Smoking will result in a $1000 fine.

* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
