Access to shopping and grocery stores in Willis and Conroe are a 10-15 minute drive away. The property is located halfway between The Woodlands and Huntsville which are only 25 minutes in either direction, giving you a wide variety of places to visit like General Sam's offroad park or The Woodlands Mall.
