!!!*** Property Improvements ***!!!
Our HOA is currently completing several improvements to enhance the resort.
Hallway flooring and condo access doors are being replaced throughout the buildings. During your stay, you may occasionally see contractors working in the hallways and, at times, be asked to take a brief alternate route while a tile landing is temporarily blocked. Your condo will always remain accessible.
Exterior painting and landscaping are currently scheduled for late summer 2026. There is potential for daytime construction noise while this work is underway.
We appreciate your understanding as the property continues these improvements to make the resort even better for future guests.
