Thanks for your input. We use the key code door for contactless check in and convenience of being able to check in at any hour, however not everyone is accustomed to this type of technology. There is another property that is under construction next door and we’re assuming the sawhorses and materials on that properties porch is what you are referring to as “lots of junk” even though it was not around the home you were staying in. This property is a half mile from the closest paved road, in the woods, beside a lake so nature is everywhere including bugs, thanks to our aggressive pest control program, by the time any get inside they are normally dead. As we mentioned previously, the dock is not part of the property and was not to be used. The home has a small kitchen, but covered porch has a working grill that is typically used for larger meals. Receptacle cover in kitchen was replaced thank you for letting us know. The home has been available for about 3 months but has had numerous bookings from different platforms with plenty of satisfied guests. We thank you for input, but perhaps you would be more comfortable in an uptown place and not something so in tune with nature. Thanks
