The Space:

Welcome to your next getaway - Tucked away at the base of the Blue Mountain Ski Resort, it is an ideal location to enjoy everything that this all-season destination has to offer. This ground floor townhome backs onto the beautiful 18-hole Montera golf course and looks out to the slopes of Blue Mountain. You’re a 5-minute walk to the Blue Mountain Village and ski slopes, so no need to battle the crowds for a parking spot–just grab your gear and head directly to the chairlift.



Inside, you’ll find a playful color palette, mixed with a hint of mid-century modern, creating a large space that’s perfect for playing and relaxing. Read a book by the fireplace in the living room; battle it out upstairs on the two-person street-fighter arcade; go-head-to-head on the shuffleboard table, or just relax on the oversized lounge chairs and watch a movie. Three Smart TVs, free WiFi, a deck of cards, board games, and yoga mats are available to entertain you when you’re not out exploring. If your go-to is a homemade meal, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need. In the summer, you can enjoy the shared, seasonal, outdoor pool or have a BBQ on the private, backyard patio and watch the golfers stroll by.



This unit sleeps 9 between 3 bedrooms. The King bedroom is located on the main floor and has a TV with login to your own Netflix and streaming apps. The second bedroom is on the main floor and has a Queen Bed that backs onto the golf course with views of Blue Mountain. Head upstairs to the loft space to enjoy the "kids" room for those big and small. You'll find a bunk bed with twin over double and a queen murphybed that can be pulled down for additional sleeping space. That is not it, in the loft you can cozy up on the couch, play some shuffle board or play a game of street fighter on the classic arcade. The loft also features a full bathroom with shower / jacuzzi tub combo. Trust me, you won't want to leave this space.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a couple locked owners closet. Skis and Snowboards can be stored in the ski locker during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Sierra Lane Community adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. This unit backs onto the Monterra Golf Course with views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills. There is a community outdoor seasonal pool open in the summer months for guests to use during their stay.



Getting Around:

There is one designated parking spot for the unit and visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.



The Village at Blue Mountain is a 7-9 minute walk, or 1 minute drive away. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.

Sierra Lane Community is undergoing renovations to the exterior of each building. Residents may experience construction noise in the community on weekdays. Please note that construction work for the exterior of the building housing unit 121 will take place in the Summer/Fall of 2025 (tentative dates: July to September). Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.
