The space
Enjoy the serenity of nearby picturesque trails for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and the calming waters of Georgian Bay during your stay. Guests have the convenience of Collingwood amenities only 15 minutes away. You’ll want to come back every season to explore all the area has to offer!
Revel in the breathtaking sunsets and beautiful mountain views before heading inside your spacious foyer, where you can unpack after a day of adventure. Guests can enjoy the refreshed contemporary look, and tastefully selected interiors recently renovated from top to bottom. Walk through to the open-concept sunken living room that boasts a bright and airy feel with soaring ceilings. This suite backs onto the prestigious Monterra Golf Course, where you can relax in the living room with a beautiful landscape of the greenspace through the oversized windows or watch a movie by the fire. The main floor features a large kitchen and dining area, 2 generously sized bedrooms, a sauna, and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find the loft with additional sleeping quarters that can cater to 5 more guests. Enjoy the escape with at-home conveniences such as cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, and towels provided.
Kitchen
The convenience of a spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space comes in handy when you’re not dining in one of the popular local restaurants. The area has recently been updated with brand new S/S appliances and fabulous bright finishes. Enjoy your home cooking or take-out in the adjacent dining room that oversees the living area. Guests can take advantage of easy clean-up during their stay with a dishwasher provided. Cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools are available in your suite; all you need to bring is your coffee, food, and spices.
Living Room
Guests can catch up after a day of adventure or decompress with their favourite TV show by the gas fireplace. The living room offers a peaceful, serene feel with generously sized windows that provide a view of the green space. The sliding glass doors give access to the backyard, where you can enjoy a BBQ in the summer or relax outdoors before retreating for the evening. You'll love making this your everyday gathering space with newly upgraded flooring, soaring ceilings, and grandeur design.
Bedrooms
You’ll find the primary suite on the main floor with a queen bed that features a sauna and a spacious 4-piece ensuite. The second bedroom features a double and single bed with main floor bathroom access to the recently upgraded 3-piece bath. Upstairs, you’ll find the loft-converted bedroom with a single over double bunk bed and California shutters overlooking the living room for privacy. Through the sliding barn door, guests can access another private loft bedroom with a queen bed and mountainside views. All bedrooms include comfortable bedding for a restful night of relaxation.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
