⚠️ Note
There is one small step down into the dining area—please watch little ones. Other Details to note: Hot tub:
The hot tub has a self assist cover lifter, it works best when flipped open, a person gets in the hot tub and then pushed up from the inside. Please close it after each use, this keeps falling debris like leaves out of the hot tub & not clogging the filter. The heater will turn off or overheat due to debris clogging it up. *This would also incur and fee to fix.

Security Notice:
For safety and property monitoring, the hot tub area is under 24/7 video surveillance. By using the hot tub, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded while in this area.

Pizza Oven/Fireplace: Please bring your own wood to use this fireplace. The grocery store Carlie C’s, right off the highway 40 exit 147, always sells firewood out front. No cigarette butts or trash in this area please, this can be used to prepare food. Keep it clean or avoid using it.

Propane Grill:
We do provide gas for your personal use of the grill. *If you decide to have more than just the guests staying at the home, such as a party or a gathering with others not staying in the home, please bring your own propane. If you find the grill without propane when you arrive or before you leave, please reach out to me so I can provide a refill for your stay.

Pets:
Please pick up yard waste after your pet during your stay. We provide dog bags for this. We also appreciate it if you can use the pet blanket to cover up comforters or fabric chairs if you must have your pet up with you. This prevents pet smells in furniture & linens and ensures not muddy paw prints damage fabrics. There are also black towels by the front door for muddy paws if you happen to come on a rainy day.

Extra beds & play pen:
Please put back the extra beds as you found them. We store these in the closet, nicely packed or folded away. The large bean bag can be unzipped for use as a bed, so please zip it back up as you found it. *If an item gets stained or damaged, please let us know and do not pack it away. Let us know so we are able to fix it before the next guest arrives.
