Relax in this roomy 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse in the well-liked Regal Palms Resort. It has a heated pool that is open all year, a waterslide, a lazy river, a jacuzzi, BBQ areas, beach volleyball courts, an exercise room, a playground, an arcade, a restaurant, an ice cream shop, a gated community that is always guarded, and a front desk that is available around the clock. Resort fee of $20 per group per day, not per person, is charged at Regal Palms Resort.
You will stay in a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse within walking distance and close to the clubhouse.

On the ground floor is the living room with smart TV, kitchen, washer/dryer and sliding glass doors to a small patio. It also contains one of two master bedrooms with a queen-size bed, Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom.

The second-floor features three guest bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, smart TV, desk and en-suite bathroom with an oversized bathtub. A room with two single beds and a room with a single bed and couch both have a Smart TV

Regal Palms Resort charges a mandatory resort fee of USD 20 per group per day (Example: A group of 8 staying for 5 days pays a resort fee of USD 100 plus tax). The resort fee is not per person.

Upon arrival, check in at the front desk on the right side of the lobby. There, you will be given a wristband that allows you to use the amenities, as well as a parking pass that you must carry with you at all times.
