This art-themed, modern oasis of a home is ready to be your home base for your next escapade to Denver, CO! You will be one block from Sloan's Lake, six blocks from Empower Field, and seven blocks from Meow Wolf. From there, take the bike path along the Platte River into Confluence Park and downtown.
This marvelous and unique retreat enjoys three beautifully decorated interior levels and a decked-out rooftop patio with views of Downtown Denver and Sloan's Lake is perfect for entertaining a large crowd before hitting the city or relaxing after returning from a day in the mountains. The lower level enjoys a piano where you can play your favorite tunes and a cozy den/bedroom with an electric guitar available for you as well. The musicians in your group better be ready to treat you all to beautiful melodies and songs.
Climb up the stairs to reach the main level of the home, where a modern and unique open floor plan awaits. You will be surrounded by gorgeous and lush plants. Prepare exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. The living area offers a great spot to unwind after a delicious meal and stream favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. There are an Xbox and board games available for added entertainment. This level also enjoys a primary bedroom with a Murphy bed and an en suite bathroom.
The upper level offers two additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a laundry area with a stacked washer/dryer, and access to the home's rooftop patio! This rooftop oasis enjoys views of Sloan's Lake and downtown and is the perfect spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones! Take a soothing bath in the bubbly seven-person hot tub or gather around the gas firepit for some thrilling storytelling. Host summertime cookouts with the new Traeger pellet grill provided and treat your guests to delicious grilled meals! Additional perks include books, weights, a kettlebell, and your own private library.
