BEDROOMS
The floor plan affords each bedroom plenty of privacy and its own bathroom.

Two bedrooms feature bathrooms ensuite.
The third bedroom's bathroom is a step away.

Each bedroom features a 12" queen size memory foam bed that we promise will be one of the most comfortable beds that you've ever slept on.
Extra people? The Media Room sleeps two people:
1) twin size futon; 2) sofa with down blend bench cushion.

• The Great Room features an elegant curved chaise sofa and a beautiful live edge dining table with leather dining chairs and natural wood bench seating.

• TV room has a 65" TV with complimentary YouTubeTV with more than 85 channels including local network and cable stations. The Smart TV also supports Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, Apple TV, etc.

• Princeville is on a mesa. Our house is naturally cooled by the Pacific trade winds that come across the open space yard from the east. Each room has vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan and jalousie windows to enjoy the Hawaiian breeze. We also provide standing fans in each bedroom.

• Remodeled in 2023, our fully-equipped kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops, professional stainless steel sink, LG gas range, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. and coffee bar area. We provide everything you need to prepare fantastic island meals: cookware, baking pans, roaster, plates, glassware, utensils, rice cooker, coffeemaker and more.

• We provide all bedding, bath towels, and beach towels.

• Bedroom #1: queen bed with desk and expansive, open space views.
Ensuite Bath #1 has double sinks and shower/tub.

• Bedroom #2: queen bed with Hawaiian quilt bedding

• Our quiet lanai backyard flows into expansive open space. There are also beautiful paths to stroll along the greenway.

• Relax on our lanai featuring a gas BBQ grill and contemporary outdoor furniture— sofa, lounge chairs, chaise loungers.

• Sumptuously landscaped yard surrounded by orchids, palms, two dozen palm trees and a variety of fruit trees: macadamia nut; Tahitian lime; Meyer lemon; avocado; mountain apple; banana; and tangerine.

BEACH GEAR
We've got you covered with beach towels; beach chairs; and beach umbrellas, and a cooler for your entire party. Feel free to use any of the water gear and beach toys in the beach box. (E.g. boogie board, water noodles; these vary as sometimes they don't get returned from the beach before we can restock.) Please see our Guidebook for places to rent other water sports gear.

EATS & THINGS TO DO

REMOTE WORKING
If you need to work a bit, two bedrooms have comfortable work desks. Or sit at the large dining while looking out upon a sea of greenery. Complimentary WiFi.

ISLAND STYLE
• Kauai is a lush, tropical island and home to geckos, centipedes and others. We have regular exterior and interior pest control service but you may see our little friends on occasion. We recommend that guests to keep food sealed or in the refrigerator, and empty the trash daily. Insects are an unavoidable part of the environment, so we do not offer refunds because of the presence of insects.
• Mahalo for rinsing off sandy feet and removing your shoes before entering the house.

HOUSE MANUAL
• Our trash pickup day is Wednesday.
• Please read through arrival instructions and the House Manual at the house prior to arrival and feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

• Stays longer than 14 nights require a mid-stay clean for $300.
